      <image:caption>While the last several months threw most everyone a curveball or two, we helped our good friends at ArtsNOW meet this challenging year head-on. JMACRAE GROUP led the efforts of charting a path for the future with a new strategy, a new look, and a new message. For over 20 years, ArtsNOW has been leading the way in reshaping education through best-in-class professional learning and development for K-12 educators and administrators. By integrating visual, digital, and performing arts into core curriculum, the classroom sets a stage for all students to experience and master creativity, collaboration, and critical problem-solving skills. We heard loud and clear from the ArtsNOW team the need to elevate and accelerate the organization’s vision and philosophy.“We want to continue to transform traditional classroom learning that will make a difference in teacher confidence and student engagement on a larger scale,” stated Pamela Walker, CEO of ArtsNOW. To help achieve the organization’s goal of advancing integrated education, we worked with the ArtsNOW leadership team and Board of Directors to align on key foundational elements in the form of a 3-year strategic plan. After 6 months of defining priorities, mapping a growth plan, and conducting stakeholder interviews to get a temperature check on where the organization could improve, a clear road map was developed in support of organizational growth and evolution. The 3-year plan addresses these critical priorities: -       Define the ArtsNow strategy, brand, and message to increase awareness of and engagement with the organization -       Refine and advance the ArtsNow programs and services to ensure effectiveness and scalability -       Expand the ArtsNow service footprint to drive organizational growth and evolution -       Strengthen the ArtsNow financial model and organizational structure to support growth and expansion</image:caption>

      <image:caption>We had the pleasure of facilitating a series of focus groups for an up-and-coming technology company who needed to drive traffic to their website. The company culture is creative and collaborative with no shortage of big ideas. What we appreciated most is their willingness to test and validate those same big ideas. After curating a set of questions for each of the participant groups, we were certain all bases were covered. We would test the data-driven company direction, measure support for the big ideas and tease out the pain points on current user experience. Using a mindset of learning versus directing, we validated, gained support and found a few new pain points.  Three consistent themes emerged across all groups.   These themes enabled us to put together a solid strategy recommendation for new traffic website and increased visitor frequency.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>LDR Invest, a holding company for multiple business units in multiple industries engaged JMACRAE GROUP to build a cohesive strategy across its enterprise. In addition, we facilitated the clear definition of each business vertical, along with their unique identities. The goal was to align on messaging for LDR overall, along with clear, succinct statements for what products and services are offered within the three business verticals and affiliate companies. After engaging in a discovery and strategic business planning process, a working blueprint was developed with platform messaging, working copy, and subsequent tactics to activate business and marketing plans. In addition, we designed, developed and launched the websites for each affiliate in LDR’s portfolio: LDR Growth Partners, LDR Advisory Partners, and LDR Leadership.</image:caption>

If you have high expectations around the impression your new business or brand will make, you absolutely need to devote the time and energy required to ensure your story is clear, your product is solid, and your strategy is sound. You may have been living in “launch mode” for what feels like an eternity, but the rest of the world has no idea who you are or what you do.  This is your one shot to make your first, best impression. I recently collaborated with JonesHaus on the re-brand and web launch for Amanda Jewel Floral + Design.  This labor of love for owner/founder Amanda Lankford is the result of dedicating the time and effort necessary to make a first, best impression. Months of planning, writing, and designing led up to this beautiful showcase of stunning artistry and breathtaking photography, while holding each other accountable to meet budgets and hit timelines.</image:caption>
